A newly opened hospitality business had no operational or financial kitchen processes in place. We built recipe costing, inventory management, and reporting from the ground up.
The existing setup contained multiple issues, from recipe costing to inventory management. The project focused on improving stock accuracy and creating a more reliable operation.
